For "Mythology, Folklore and Religion" Contest at
 Here comes the longest list of resources I ever used. I don't like long lists, but I had no choice. Girl:  Eagle:  Weapons:  for  (the arrow is damn useful. Thanks.  ),  Texture:  , sxc.huBrushes:     Other pictures: sxc.hu, me I planned to dig into Greek or Norse mythology, since I'm very interested in them both. Then I decided to work with some folklore character, and she was the only folklore character that came to mind (except Leprechaun). Gamayun is Russian (or Slavic) folklore character, a prophetic bird with a head and a chest of a woman. She sings her prophetic songs to the chosen ones, her appearance may be the sign of forthcoming storm or war. Gamayun symbolizes wisdom and knowledge. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
